ARAMARK is seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial strategy and operational analysis for the unit, partnering with senior leadership to maximize profitability. The role focuses on reporting, financial planning, internal controls, and collaboration across finance and operations to meet targets.

Key responsibilities include leading forecasting, budgeting, cash management, audits, and SOX compliance, while developing teams and communicating financial insights to executives and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial experience in AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management or relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls including audits and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning and analysis: develop annual forecasts, budgets, and financial reports at venue and unit levels.
• Drive financial accountability: oversee cash flow, banking, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, and capex.
• Create financial reports: manage weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and analyze data for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance: lead audits and ensure SOX compliance in partnership with internal auditors.
• Develop and train teams: lead financial development of finance and operations teams and policies.
• Client communication: oversee communication with clients regarding systems, reporting and program changes.
