Job summary

Aramark in the United States seeks a District Manager to provide vision, planning and control for a large geographic district. The role focuses on growth, cost and productivity, leading people and delivering financial commitments.

The position requires frequent travel to client sites across the district and accountability for revenue growth, EBIT, margin, consumer satisfaction, client loyalty and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage.
• Strong leadership skills across management practices, business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and retain talent.
• Comfort with reading and implementing contractual requirements and identifying opportunities within contracts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
• Proven success in repeatable business models, leading through change and turnaround.
• Bachelor's degree generally required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: own operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units, ensuring safety, quality and service excellence.
• Client Relationship: build and maintain rapport, communicate progress, address contractual obligations and support new business and retention.
• Financial Performance: manage revenue and budget, deliver P&L targets, and monitor margins and performance metrics.
• Productivity: drive labor and financial efficiency, enforce operating standards, and optimize end-to-end supply chain and procurement.
• Compliance: maintain safe and healthy environments and adhere to wage, hour and safety regulations.
