Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control for a geographic district generating $30M+ in revenue. The role focuses on growth, cost control, productivity, and leading people to meet financial commitments.

It requires frequent travel to client sites and accountability for revenue growth, margin, and customer satisfaction across multiple accounts. This is a senior leadership position within Aramark's operations network.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibility of $50M+ within hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food/beverage.
• Broad knowledge of management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess and grow talent.
• Competence in understanding contractual obligations and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership of operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts.
• Lead client relationships, communicate progress, and support new business and retention activities.
• Manage revenue, budgets, and P&L targets for the district using Aramark systems.
• Guide labor and financial initiatives to ensure efficiency and compliance.
