Job summary

Aramark seeks a District Manager to provide vision and executive leadership across a large geographic district generating $30–50M+ in revenue. You will drive growth, manage costs, and lead teams to deliver financial commitments and excellent client service.

The role requires travel to client sites, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and employee engagement within a high-performing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and client interaction skills.
• Proven ability to hire, assess and develop talent.
• Ability to interpret and apply contract terms and conditions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven success in repeatable business models and change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision, planning, direction and control to assigned units within a large district.
• Drive revenue growth, EBIT, margins, and client satisfaction.
• Lead managers, ensure safety, quality and service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, financial targets and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, wage and hour regulations and company policies.
