Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Execution of distribution projects from kickoff through design approval.
• Experience with utility reliability projects and QAQC.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution engineers and provide oversight of projects.
• Interface with clients to ensure Leidos quality standards.
• Develop design packages and ensure compliance with NESC and client standards.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and client meetings.
• Support business development and knowledge transfer to junior staff.
