Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering for Leidos electric utility customers.
• Develop work packages for OH, UG, URD, and Make‑Ready using GIS and work management systems (ArcGIS, Smallworld, Maximo, EFD, AUD, Infor, EAM, STORMS).
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of assigned work.
• Perform planning, analysis, and customer follow-up.
• Conduct scope analysis and ensure schedule adherence, aligning with client priorities.
• Initiate continuous improvement to workflow processes for efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate conflicting utilities and field design requirements for complex cable/conduit projects in dense urban environments, including permits, easements, and ROW applications.
• Collect field data through site visits to support design development.
