Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time, 60 hours/week
Salary: $1,300 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via PayPal
Schedule:
Schedule 1: Monday to Friday, 7:15AM-12 PM (morning shift) + working every other Saturday a full shift 7:15AM - 6PM CST
Schedule 2: Monday to Friday 12-6 PM (afternoon shift) + working every other Saturday, a full shift 7:15AM - 6PM CST
Job Overview:
Our client is a mobile pet grooming service looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual to their scheduler/customer service team! The role acts as a consultant to customers, helping them determine services needed, supporting the groomers in the field, and scheduling efficient routes and groom durations to optimize a groomer’s workday.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, returning voicemails and texts, and handling email correspondence. This includes professionally handling customer complaints and resolving them within one’s scope.
- Determining and matching customers' needs to our company's services, especially as applicable to their breeds' and pets' needs and health, and making appropriate recommendations.
- Capturing accurately the appropriate information to set up an appointment for the customer.
- Maintaining groomers’ fully booked schedules by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
- Respond to calls and texts from groomers in the field, in real-time, regarding customer and pet issues. This requires the ability to multi-task by setting priorities among inputs.
- Review the schedule for completed appointments at the end of the day, verifying charges and payments.
- Managing appointment confirmation process to ensure customers are aware of and available for upcoming appointments.
- Keep management and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to explain our services to customers, and book new and existing customer appointments.
- 2+ years of Customer Service or relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate must be very reliable, organized, flexible, empathetic, polite, a team player, professional, and have exceptional listening skills.
- The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of dog breeds and coats and have strong, active listening skills to handle the sales process like a consultant rather than an order taker.
- Working knowledge of Google Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or issues at the same time.
- Positive attitude and being a team player – we thrive on good vibes and supporting each other!
- Being a dog lover is a plus!
- Native-like English speaker.
- Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Salary: Base monthly salary USD $1500
Schedule:
- 10-hour days (7:45a-545p), 3 days a week (Mon, Tue and Wed) or (Thu Fri Sat).
