Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time, 60 hours/week
Salary: $1,300 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via PayPal
Schedule:
Schedule 1: Monday to Friday, 7:15AM-12 PM (morning shift) + working every other Saturday a full shift 7:15AM - 6PM CST
Schedule 2: Monday to Friday 12-6 PM (afternoon shift) + working every other Saturday, a full shift 7:15AM - 6PM CST

Job Overview:

Our client is a mobile pet grooming service looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual to their scheduler/customer service team! The role acts as a consultant to customers, helping them determine services needed, supporting the groomers in the field, and scheduling efficient routes and groom durations to optimize a groomer’s workday.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls, returning voicemails and texts, and handling email correspondence. This includes professionally handling customer complaints and resolving them within one’s scope.
  2. Determining and matching customers' needs to our company's services, especially as applicable to their breeds' and pets' needs and health, and making appropriate recommendations.
  3. Capturing accurately the appropriate information to set up an appointment for the customer.
  4. Maintaining groomers’ fully booked schedules by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
  5. Respond to calls and texts from groomers in the field, in real-time, regarding customer and pet issues. This requires the ability to multi-task by setting priorities among inputs.
  6. Review the schedule for completed appointments at the end of the day, verifying charges and payments.
  7. Managing appointment confirmation process to ensure customers are aware of and available for upcoming appointments.
  8. Keep management and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  1. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to explain our services to customers, and book new and existing customer appointments.
  2. 2+ years of Customer Service or relevant experience.
  3. The ideal candidate must be very reliable, organized, flexible, empathetic, polite, a team player, professional, and have exceptional listening skills.
  4. The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of dog breeds and coats and have strong, active listening skills to handle the sales process like a consultant rather than an order taker.
  5. Working knowledge of Google Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, and Excel.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or issues at the same time.
  7. Positive attitude and being a team player – we thrive on good vibes and supporting each other!
  8. Being a dog lover is a plus!
  9. Native-like English speaker.
  10. Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Salary: Base monthly salary USD $1500

Schedule:

  1. 10-hour days (7:45a-545p), 3 days a week (Mon, Tue and Wed) or (Thu Fri Sat).
