The role involves working closely with fosters, veterinary clinics, and our medical team to ensure timely and appropriate care for each dog. Responsibilities include scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position is remote, requiring five hours per week with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm spay and neuter surgeries with veterinary clinics.
• Communicate scheduling details to fosters and transport teams.
• Maintain detailed records of surgery dates, locations, and follow-up needs.
