Position: Dog Spay/Neuter Surgery Scheduler (Volunteer, 5 hrs/week)
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage appointments for spay and neuter surgeries within our rescue program. The role involves working closely with fosters, veterinary clinics, and our medical team to ensure timely and appropriate care for each dog. Responsibilities include scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position is remote, requiring five hours per week with flexible hours.
Our mission is to decrease the euthanasia rate of high-risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are a 100% foster-based organization relying on volunteers and fosters to fulfill our mission.
