Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction, LLC seeks a remote Dispatcher to coordinate technician schedules, assign tasks, and communicate across customers and departments. You’ll track work status, update logs, and ensure timely completion of service requests from home in the United States.

You’ll need at least one year of dispatch experience (preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits as described.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
• Track work status, provide updates, and escape issues as necessary
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
• Handle and process data from multiple sources
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• Keep records of service calls and work orders
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
• Other duties as assigned
