Job summary

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules and tasks.
• Dispatch orders and special instructions to technicians and departments.
• Track work status and provide timely updates.
• Create, manage, and close tickets and log updates.
• Handle data from multiple sources and maintain records.
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation.
• Monitor communications and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
• Track work status, provide updates, and elevate issues as necessary
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
• Handle and process data from multiple sources
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• Keep records of service calls and work orders
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills is preferred
