Job summary

Velocity Trade Partners is seeking a remote Dispatch Representative to own the ServiceTitan dispatch board for one or more residential service brands. You will make real-time calls that directly impact technician productivity, customer experience, and same-day capture.

You should bring at least two years of dispatching or scheduling experience and be comfortable working nights and weekends. The role offers full-time remote work with opportunities for career growth across a national service

Qualifications

• At least two years of dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan proficiency.
• Comfortable working night and weekend shifts.
• Tech-savvy with routing tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across markets based on job priority and capacity.
• Run the ServiceTitan dispatch board in real time to optimize routes and assignments.
• Communicate with field technicians by phone, text, and chat to confirm details.
• Proactively call customers with ETA updates and arrival confirmations to protect the experience.
• Track progress, flag at-risk calls, and reroute before delays become complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of job statuses and updates in ServiceTitan.
• Work night and weekend hours.
