Job summary

512Financial is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to independently manage residential loan closings from Closing Disclosure through funding. This remote role requires precision, ownership, and exemplary client service as you coordinate with clients, settlement agents, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant closings.

Candidates should have 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, with a background in wholesale closings being a strong advantage, and proficiency with Encompass

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle residential mortgage closing experience.
• Independent management of loans from Closing Disclosure through funding.
• Wholesale closing experience is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with UCD and LCA processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume pipeline from Closing Disclosure through funding.
• Serve as liaison between clients, settlement agents, title companies, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review, and deliver Closing Disclosures and final closing packages.
• Review, balance, and approve Closing Disclosures for multiple loan products.
• Stay current on investor guidelines and industry updates.
