Job summary

Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA disaster assistance programs. The role involves handling inbound calls, collecting data, and guiding applicants through the process from a remote location within 75 miles of Oklahoma City, OK.

You will work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, including weekends, with the possibility of overtime. This is a temporary position designed to assist survivors of natural disasters and to support emergency response efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required.
• Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
• Ability to comply with moderate computer usage.
• Must be US Citizen per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct when possible.
• Retrieve data as requested and maintain database updates.
• Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding FEMA.
• Use computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete tasks.
• Meet QA and other key performance metrics.
• Track and document inquiries using applicable systems.
