Job summary

Maximus is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA. The role handles calls and processes disaster assistance applications for a designated geographic area, with a remote work-from-home setup requiring residency within 75 miles of Oklahoma City, OK.

Essential duties include collecting information, data entry, and handling inquiries while meeting QA targets. The position is temporary, with shifts 6:30 AM–2:30 AM EST, five days per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of customer service/telemarketing experience.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly and professionally.
• Ability to type at least 20 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and route callers to appropriate sources.
• Maintain and update the database and track inquiries.
