Job summary

Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA. You will handle calls and assist individuals and businesses applying for disaster assistance within designated areas.

This Remote - Work at Home role requires you to reside within 75 miles of Waco, TX and pick up equipment at our office in Waco. You must be able to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST. This is a temporary position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• US Citizen and resident of Contiguous US.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Verify accuracy and sort information for data entry.
• Review data for deficiencies and correct as needed.
• Respond to inbound calls and occasional outbound calls.
• Maintain and update the database and documentation.
