Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to deliver survivor-centered case management during supported field or remote operations. You will conduct intake and screening, assess needs, and work with survivors to develop individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and monitoring progress.

Maintain privacy, ensure equitable access to services, and follow approved procedures. These deployable roles include housing allowances and per diems upon deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, benefits/resource navigation, disaster recovery, or community-based services is preferred.
• Professional fluency in an additional language is desirable and deployments may require multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans and set achievable goals with survivors.
• Coordinate and verify available federal, state, local, nonprofit resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and assist survivors in navigating benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate case information and required documentation in management systems.
• Protect survivor privacy and follow confidentiality and security requirements.
• Deploy to field or remote environments and participate in readiness activities.
