Fortuity Calling, LLC is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a federal disaster assistance program and help individuals access critical resources. Start dates range October 17–19, 2026, with full-time, temporary assignments and onsite/remote options in Columbus, OH or Phoenix, AZ.

Training, compliance, and confidentiality are emphasized. Excellent English communication, strong customer service skills, and reliability are essential; Spanish not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications concurrently.
• Must pass federal suitability and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking federal disaster assistance.
• Assist customers with disaster assistance registrations, applications, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about available assistance programs and resources.
• Deliver compassionate, patient, and professional customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update data in systems.
• Follow scripts and federal security requirements; protect confidential information.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, attendance, accuracy, and productivity.
• Participate in required training and coaching.
