Allina Health is seeking a total case management professional to support workers’ compensation and return-to-work initiatives for employees. This role emphasizes coordinating medical management, accommodations, and interactive discussions to minimize lost time.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree plus 3+ years in case management or related fields, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience. The position is fully remote with on-site training in St. Paul at United.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Psychology, Rehab, Nursing or related field.
• 3+ years of case management, accommodations or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Rehab, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates a case management plan including medical management and coordination of return to work.
• Educates employees on workers' compensation and leave process.
• Complies with ADA guidelines and coordinates reasonable accommodations.
• Leads educational trainings on return to work and related processes.
• Manages labor distribution and transitional work budgets.
