Job summary

You will collaborate with Occupational Health, managers, and third-party administrators to oversee case management activities and claims support.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of related experience; professional certifications (WCP, CCM, CDMS) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required.
• 3 years of experience in workers’ compensation, human resources, occupational/employee health, claims administration, vocational rehabilitation, insurance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as WCP, CCM, or CDMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary workers’ compensation case management resource for Munson Healthcare employees.
• Coordinate work-related injury cases from report through return to work.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health providers, managers, employees, and third party administrators.
• Oversee case management activities, return-to-work coordination, and claim administration support.
