Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics in the United States seeks a Director of Vendor Management to orchestrate a high-speed remodel program across 6,000 locations. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive vendor management, procurement, or supplier-program experience.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience managing a high-volume vendor portfolio across multi-site programs.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analytics skills.
• Proven negotiation experience with MSAs, rate cards, and volume pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor management strategy for the remodel program across regions.
• Manage onboarding, qualification, insurance/compliance, and activation for hundreds of vendors.
• Lead standardized vendor playbooks, scopes of work, and SLAs to drive consistency.
• Design and maintain advanced Excel models for cost-to-complete, capacity, and rollout forecasting.
• Produce executive-level reporting on spending, performance, and program health.
