Oxford Global Resources is seeking a leader to shape its Associate Vendor strategy and nearshore/offshore delivery. You will assess current networks, identify gaps, and develop a scalable operating model in collaboration with Sales, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and HR.

You will work with executive leadership to define governance, due diligence, onboarding, and performance management across markets, aiming for improved quality, cost savings, and oversight.

Competenze

• Significant experience in vendor strategy and global delivery.
• Experience in staffing operations and governance practices.
• Executive-level communication with senior leadership.
• Understanding cross-border delivery and immigration considerations.

Mansioni

• Assess Oxford's Associate Vendor network and capabilities.
• Define vendor strategy for specialized talent, H-1B supply, nearshore/offshore.
• Design a consistent vendor selection and due diligence process.
• Evaluate nearshore/offshore markets for fit with client needs.
• Establish measures for vendor performance and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Legal, and HR to implement the model.
