• Own the vendor management strategy for a large remodel program across regions and store formats.
• Lead onboarding, qualification, and activation for hundreds of vendors.
• Build and maintain vendor scorecards, cost models, and capacity plans.
• Design Excel models and dashboards to forecast rollout and manage spend.
