Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Vendor Portfolio Manager to lead the Vendor Management Office and govern the vendor lifecycle across a $200M spend with 5,000+ relationships. You will shape governance, risk management, and data-driven decisions while driving cost optimization and value realization at scale.

Partner with Legal, Information Security, and business leaders to advance strategy, automation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk, supply chain OR related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in vendor management, TPRM, contract governance or related roles in large orgs.
• Experience in regulated industries and complex compliance environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vendor Management Office strategy, governance, and metrics.
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and risk reviews.
• Guide complex negotiations and ensure vendor accountability and contract visibility.
• Deliver data-driven portfolio insights to optimize spend and value realization.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and business leaders to manage risk and compliance.
