Oxford Corp. seeks a Senior Director, Global Vendor Strategy to own the design, governance, and economics of the Associate Vendor program across nearshore, offshore and H-1B supply.

You will transform AV into a structured, strategically governed global delivery footprint and partner with Legal, HR and Finance to align incentives and risk management. The role requires 10+ years in vendor management and global delivery, with deep expertise in workforce models (W-2, C2C, 1099), immigration

Qualifications

10+ years in vendor management or global delivery operations.
3-5 years in senior leadership role overseeing offshore/nearshore delivery strategy.
Fluency in H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT and immigration obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead governance of Oxford's Associate Vendor network across geographies.
Define and manage contractual frameworks for AV use cases (payroll/passthrough, C2C, capability-extension).
Own vendor margin, SLA adherence, and risk reporting to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Legal, Finance and HR to align AV strategy with business goals.
Drive program optimization and build scalable offshore/nearshore delivery.
