Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years HEOR/RWE experience, deep payer knowledge in the U.S., and a proven publication track record. Remote location preferred, ideally in the NE corridor, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years HEOR/RWE experience in biotech, pharma, or consultancies.
• Proficiency in payer engagement, evidence requirements in the U.S.
• Experience communicating complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Publication track record and presentations at scientific meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HEOR strategies supporting pipeline and lifecycle programs with a US launch focus.
• Lead development of US RWD strategies and partnerships with academic consortia and health systems.
• Design and implement real-world data analyses to understand patient demographics, treatment patterns and outcomes.
• Prepare AMCP value dossiers, economic modelling, and publications to support value propositions.
• Engage with payers, providers, and decision-makers to gather insights and strengthen formulary access.
• Lead external dissemination of HEOR/RWE deliverables through publications and conferences.
