Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Director, US Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) & Real World Evidence (RWE) to identify evidence needs and develop US-focused plans with internal partners. You will ensure scientific rigor and communicate results internally and externally, including publications.

The role leads cross-functional teams, develops value messages for US providers, and guides field teams. Travel ~20–30%; advanced degree required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HEOR with evidence-generation experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of US payer landscape and data assets.
• Experience with medical/scientific communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of US HEOR evidence strategies aligned with medical and commercial priorities.
• Direct design, conduct, and publication of HEOR/RWE studies with internal/external researchers.
• Develop AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and value-communication materials.
• Train field teams on value resources for customer engagements.
• Manage budgets and timelines for HEOR projects; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide input into clinical development programs and trial protocols as needed.
