Job summary

Fts Inc. is seeking a Director, Sales Technology to own and evolve the technology ecosystem supporting a large, high-performing sales organization.

This remote role requires a hands-on operator who can assess the stack, take ownership of platforms, and translate AI into measurable seller productivity. You will own strategy, governance, adoption, and ROI across Outreach, ZoomInfo, Seismic, MiEdge, and CRM platforms while partnering with Product, IT, and Sales leadership to drive adoption and

Qualifications

7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Tech, GTM Operations, or related B2B function.
Hands-on administration experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Seismic, MiEdge or comparable enterprise sales platform.
Strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, administration, adoption, and performance of the sales technology ecosystem.
Assess current stack and identify opportunities to improve utilization, governance, integration, and ROI.
Lead the 90‑day migration of calling technology and manage vendor investments for business impact.
Partner with Product, L&D, and Sales leadership to drive adoption and AI‑enabled selling initiatives.
