Qualifications

• 8+ years in applied ML, AI solutions engineering, or technical presales roles.
• 5+ years managing technical teams, preferably in presales or solutions engineering.
• Strong expertise in frontier AI concepts like LLMs and training data pipelines.
• Proven track record in hiring and developing technical talent.
• Experience with revenue or pipeline goals in a GTM organization.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and collaboration.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop the forward deployed research team.
• Set and maintain the technical bar for specifications and customer deliverables.
• Own SE capacity planning and partner with AE leadership on deal strategy.
• Establish team processes and playbooks for knowledge sharing.
• Lead technical conversations on strategic accounts and solution design.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations.
