OneDigital is seeking a Director of Sales Technology to own the strategy and performance of our sales tech stack. You will define how our sellers work, wire tools into daily workflows, and measure field impact. You’ll report to the Senior VP of National Sales and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.

The role focuses on ROI-driven stack management, vendor relations, and AI-enabled selling across a national scope. A strong track record in driving adoption is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in sales technology, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a B2B environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to sales workflows and driving adoption with skeptical teams.
• Ability to build roadmaps, influence across functions, and manage vendor relationships.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the sales technology stack, including AI integration and seller productivity.
• Define data flows from buyer intent to pipeline outcomes across the stack.
• Lead vendor negotiations and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Partner with Marketing Tech, IT, and Sales Leadership to align data models and tool integrations.
