Advantage Group is seeking an Associate Director of Retailer Partnerships & Growth, USA, to lead key components of the U.S. retailer strategy.

You will translate direction into priorities, own defined retailer relationships, and drive execution from strategy through implementation. The role requires eight+ years in retail/strategy, strong executive communication, and the ability to operate with ambiguity in a remote USA setting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in retail strategy, insights, or client leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and retailers.
• Comfort presenting to executives and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into executable workstreams and priorities.
• Own relationships with priority retailers and expand the AGI network.
• Lead cross-functional teams from strategy to implementation across the U.S.
• Develop engagement strategies and commercial propositions that drive growth.
• Create repeatable tools to measure progress and retailer value.
