Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation, a leading provider of packaged fruits and vegetables, seeks a remote Sales Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate sales initiatives across the Northeast region. The role involves analyzing data to drive performance, developing territory plans, and leading broker teams to expand distribution and brand presence.

You will collaborate with customer service and technical services to meet client needs, travel to key markets, and ensure strong customer service and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing preferred (5 years sales experience acceptable).
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make sales data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Define and execute territory business plans.
• Oversee and direct performance of the broker team.
• Monitor industry, environment, competitors and customers to grow sales, distribution and brand.
• Travel to key markets to develop business plans with brokers and conduct retail store audits.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical services to address customer needs.
