Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Provider Digital (Director, Product Management) to partner across business, technology, operations, marketing, analytics, and provider-facing teams to drive digital transformation, improve self-service adoption, provider satisfaction, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will oversee product management, UX, digital engagement, and provider-channel marketing capabilities to ensure coordinated, personalized, and impactful provider experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital experience, provider/customer experience, or digital engagement.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing digital strategy, product roadmaps, and investment priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics to influence priorities and deliver transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience leveraging data, analytics, and customer/provider insights to improve digital experiences, adoption, and engagement.
• Experience within a healthcare payer, provider, or healthcare services organization.
• Experience supporting both public-facing and authenticated digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and provider-facing teams to understand needs and align priorities.
• Define requirements, manage priorities, and guide digital product delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and operational measures.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service.
• Support investment planning, delivery oversight, and continuous platform improvement.
