Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Provider Digital to lead product management, UX, digital engagement, and provider-channel marketing. You will oversee five direct reports across Product Management and Design and drive a unified provider experience.

The role partners with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics to deliver transformation, improve self-service adoption, and measurable outcomes, reporting to the AVP, Product Management.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital experience, provider/customer experience, or digital engagement
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale digital initiatives
• Demonstrated success developing and executing digital strategy, product roadmaps, and investment priorities that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics to influence priorities and deliver transformation initiatives
• Strong experience leveraging data, analytics, and customer/provider insights to improve digital experiences, adoption, and engagement

Responsabilidades

• Lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms
• Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and provider-facing teams to understand needs and align priorities
• Define requirements, manage priorities, and guide digital product delivery
• Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and operational measures
• Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service
• Support investment planning, delivery oversight, and continuous platform improvement
