Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management or related digital experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
• Proven success developing and executing digital strategy, roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics.
• Strong data/insights use to improve digital experiences and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and provider-facing teams to align priorities.
• Define requirements and guide digital product delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service.
• Support investment planning and continuous platform improvement.
