Humana Inc is seeking a Director of Provider Digital to partner across business, technology, operations, marketing and analytics to drive digital transformation and improve provider experiences. You will oversee product management, UX, digital engagement, and provider-channel marketing, reporting to the AVP, Product Management.
This remote role may travel for training or meetings. The position leads 5 direct reports in Product Management and Design, shaping roadmaps and investment priorities to
Competenze
- 10+ years in digital product management or digital engagement.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven success in digital strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence priorities.
- Strong data analytics and provider insights to improve experiences.
Mansioni
- Lead the roadmap and delivery priorities for provider-facing digital platforms.
- Partner with business, operations, technology, marketing, and analytics teams to align priorities.
- Define requirements, manage priorities, and guide digital product delivery.
- Monitor platform performance, provider satisfaction, adoption, and metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and digital self-service.
- Support investment planning, delivery oversight, and platform improvements.
