Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for development and implementation of innovative provider compensation and total rewards methodologies.
• Serves as consultant/subject matter expert to clinical enterprise on compensation; aligns decisions with philosophy and strategy.
• Leads market assessment for provider roles and conducts cost analyses and reporting.
• Leads RFP process, implementation, and maintenance of a provider compensation payroll solution.
• Conducts market pricing, salary data interpretation, financial modeling, and research.
• Negotiates and provides services for PSAs with physician services.
• Presents annual provider compensation program overview to senior leaders and board committees.
• Ensures timely processing, administration, auditing, and analysis of provider compensation with finance and other departments.
