Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, focused on provider compensation and benefit administration and incentive design.

• Lead development and implementation of market-competitive provider compensation and total rewards methodologies.
• Serve as a consultant/subject matter expert to clinical enterprise on compensation.
• Conduct provider job evaluations and align roles with appropriate levels and classifications.
• Lead market assessments and cost analyses for provider roles and report findings.
