Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and direction for the assigned product(s).
• Provide technical assistance and support to underwriting leadership.
• Lead projects for profitability initiatives and ensure PM processes are followed.
• Serve on committees and industry boards as assigned.
• Coordinate audits, training, vendor management, and staff development.
• Manage associates, including performance and salary planning.
