Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate studies preferred.
• 10 years of property and casualty underwriting, including at least five years in management.
• Experience with field and staff office operations preferred.
• Knowledge of property/casualty products, industry trends and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of underwriting rules and risk filters.
• Oversee model implementation, KPI measurement and recalibration impact analysis.
• Guide technology strategy and modernization opportunities; manage scope and budget.
• Lead and develop underwriting team; align with stakeholders across the organization.
