You will lead a team to improve decision quality, speed, and profitability while partnering with underwriting, product, technology, and distribution across the nation.

The role requires a strong track record in underwriting leadership, model performance, and strategic planning, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive modernization

Qualifications

10+ years in property and casualty underwriting with leadership experience.
Exposure to field and staff office operations is preferred.
Experience implementing underwriting strategy and related technology.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy and direction for assigned products; drive profitability objectives.
Provide technical support to underwriting leadership and distribution channels.
Lead projects for profitability initiatives and ensure PM processes are followed.
Serve on committees and manage vendor relationships and audits.
Oversee talent development, performance, and careers; plan budgets and staffing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver underwriting solutions.
