Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of Program Management within the Digital Technology organization supporting the Defense & Systems portfolio. You will lead a team of program managers, own the $25+MM CX budget, and ensure on-time delivery while managing dependencies and risks across multiple programs.

The role emphasizes building standard operating rhythms, coaching the team, and leveraging AI opportunities to expand delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive program management experience (USA).
• Minimum of 5 years in Program Management and IT; military experience equivalent accepted.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery across the DSCX portfolio and set the target delivery cadence.
• Establish and maintain WOR/MOR, daily visual management, and transparent status reporting.
• Manage RAID, risk, dependencies, and escalations with early recommendations.
• Lead and develop the program management team and drive standard operating rhythms.
