Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of Program Management to own delivery across the DSCX portfolio within the Digital Technology organization. The role leads a team of program and project managers, setting delivery standards and owning the $25+MM CX budget in partnership with Finance and Business Operations.

You will establish standard operating rhythms, coach the team, and ensure predictable execution. Experience with AI opportunities to expand delivery is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of professional experience, or Associate degree with 11+ years, or High School Diploma with 13+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Program Management and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery (OTD) across the DSCX portfolio and drive the cadence to surface risks.
• Maintain weekly and monthly operating rhythms (WOR and MOR), standups, reviews, and retros to keep dates green.
• Lead Daily Visual Management for delivery status and blockers, enabling early escalation.
• Coach and develop program managers and set delivery standards across the team.
