Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of Program Management to own delivery across the DSCX portfolio, with accountability for budget, scope, schedule, and cost. You will lead a team of program and project managers, set delivery standards, and ensure on-time execution while coaching your staff to adopt standard operating rhythms.

Experience with AI and defense/regulatory environments is valued. You will manage a $25+MM annual CX budget, drive risk to closure, and escalate early when dependencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Program Management and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery (OTD) across the DSCX portfolio and set the cadence to surface risk.
• Run operating rhythms, including WOR, MOR, standups, reviews and retros to surface slippage early.
• Maintain Daily Visual Management for portfolio status and blockers to enable early escalation.
• Lead risk and dependency management with RAID logs and clear mitigation plans.
