Job summary

ND Health and Human Services seeks a Director of Program Evaluation & Compliance (remote in North Dakota) to lead Quality Control and Performance Enhancement across Economic Assistance, Medical Assistance, and SNAP programs.

You will interpret federal regulations, evaluate program policies, analyze data and trends, and guide corrective action plans that reduce errors and strengthen service delivery for North Dakotans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in economic assistance or related fields.
• 3 years supervisory or lead-worker experience.
• Experience interpreting federal regulations and developing corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control and Performance Enhancement units, providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Oversee statewide quality control to evaluate program accuracy and compliance.
• Review federal regulations, policies, and procedures; recommend changes for compliance and improvement.
