Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Director, NAMER to drive growth in enterprise consulting opportunities across North America.

This client‑facing role partners with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Product to shape solutions with clear scope, timelines, and commercial rationale. The role builds executive relationships, develops pipelines, and leads value‑based proposals through close and transition to delivery, contributing to Rimini Consult growth and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading consultative discovery, road‑mapping, solution shaping, scoping, estimating, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, databases, cloud platforms, security, integrations, data, and managed services.
• Ability to develop client‑facing business cases and connect technical recommendations to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Client Success functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, road-mapping, and executive conversations to clarify client priorities and decision criteria.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives through the sales cycle.
• Create compelling business cases that articulate hard and soft savings, risk reduction, and value.
• Coordinate with delivery, finance, legal, and other teams to ensure viable, differentiated solutions.
