Job summary

RINA North America is seeking a Business Development Director for Infrastructure & Mobility to lead the NAM commercial strategy from Boston or other North American offices. You will drive growth in contract awards and profitability by building strong client relationships and guiding a high-performing BD team.

You will translate market trends into actionable plans, oversee RFP responses, and expand strategic partnerships to win diverse opportunities while managing a robust CRM and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting for Transportation and/or Infrastructure engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or commercial sales role.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a sales or business development team.
• Extensive experience with driving and negotiating proposals.
• Strong knowledge of State DOT, Tollway, city and municipal infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete client development activities to generate new identified project opportunities and move those projects through the S&BD process.
• Create and update client account plans with growth activities and client advocacy.
• Leverage network of industry professionals to augment opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data for clients, opportunities, and interactions.
• Meet or exceed net sales targets (booked work under contract) during the year.
• Enhance brand visibility in NAM through networking, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Other duties as assigned.
