Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Director, NAMER to lead the development and closing of consulting opportunities across North America.

In partnership with account teams, you will shape solutions, build executive relationships, and translate client priorities into measurable outcomes. This client-facing role owns the growth motion for Rimini Consult, guiding scope, estimates, and commercial strategy while aligning delivery and sales.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software consulting or complex solution sales.
• Track record closing consulting opportunities in a matrix environment.
• Experience leading consultative discovery, road‑mapping, solution shaping, scoping, estimating, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, databases, cloud platforms, security, integrations, data, and managed services.
• Ability to develop client‑facing business cases and connect technical recommendations to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Client Success functions.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and opportunity ownership in partnership with sales leaders.
• Lead discovery, road‑mapping, and executive conversations clarifying client priorities and value drivers.
• Define solution approach, scope, and budget; develop proposals and statements of work.
• Lead extended pursuit strategy, develop sales assets, and enable teams for success.
• Provide delivery alignment and executive oversight to ensure value realization and successful handoffs.
