Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Director, PMO (Engineering) to oversee program management for the entire engineering organization. You will lead high-stakes client engagements and partner with engineering, product, and Go-To-Market teams, delivering complex enterprise projects with strong governance.

You will build a company-wide PMO reporting standard and drive hands-on delivery while growing a skilled team. This remote role supports cross-border client engagements and strategic initiatives within

Qualifications

12+ years of program management experience.
4+ years leading a SaaS PMO or program function at director level.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Own program management across the entire engineering organization.
Lead client-facing delivery for enterprise engagements from pre-close to go-live.
Build and run a company-wide program reporting standard with a shared dashboard.
Manage and grow a team of program and technical program managers.
Partner with R&D leadership to shape PMO structure, standards, and delivery governance.
Stay hands-on and drive day-to-day delivery on high-stakes programs.
Design and administer AI-powered workflows and PMO tooling.
Communicate updates, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Collaborate with product and engineering for roadmap planning and capacity allocation.
