Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a seasoned program leader to oversee the engineering-wide PMO and deliver for our largest enterprise engagements. You will drive cross-functional programs, align client expectations, and partner with executives to shape delivery standards.

The role is hands-on, with responsibility to build company-wide reporting dashboards and mentor a growing team of program managers, ensuring scalable, high-impact program execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience.
• 4+ years leading a SaaS PMO.
• Proven track record with complex, client-facing enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on AI-workflow experience.
• Strong executive communication skills.

• U.S. base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
