Juniper Square is seeking a Director of PMO (Engineering) to lead program management across the entire engineering org, driving delivery for our largest enterprise engagements and partnering with executive stakeholders. You will build a scalable PMO, develop governance, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers while remaining hands-on on high-stakes programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management, incl 4+ years leading a SaaS PMO at director level.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations and customer executives.
• Hands-on AI/workflow experience beyond drafting documents.

Responsibilities

• Own program management across the engineering organization and be accountable for program health.
• Lead client-facing delivery for large enterprise engagements from pre-close to go-live.
• Build and run a company-wide program reporting standard with dashboards for leadership.
• Grow and mentor a team of program managers and ensure governance and documentation.
